I wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge the work of the BAP Team to successfully upgrade the HCM module from 8.8 to 9.0. I know that it took a lot of planning, coordination and hard work. This upgrade was an important part of preparing for future improvements to our business systems. We not only received a better product for today, but [our] staff learned what it will take to do upgrades in the future. BAP is laying the groundwork for continuous improvement and has launched [us] into a new era of implementing best practices and efficiency measures.
