The U.S. Navy sought local partners to revitalize a campus, near where the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) is headquartered. In response, the client and the Navy worked together to deliver new facilities for NAVWAR, including a central mobility hub.
In collaboration with local stakeholders, the client began exploring a central mobility hub at a campus near where the U.S. Navy maintained a major command headquarters, with supportive land use for housing, retail and office space, and a transportation center providing connections to local bus, trolley, and Amtrak service. The U.S. Navy urged local officials to develop the nearby area.
In 2020, client launched a five-year project to make this central mobility hub a reality.
Intueor staff serves as the project controls manager, and in this capacity, is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the tasks on the project related to project controls functions. Intueor is responsible for all project controls functions, including maintaining the program schedule, earned value management, tracking and managing all budgets, commitments, invoices, and expenses.
Intueor has also supported organizational change management activities associated with user awareness training and knowledge transfer for improved processes, tools, and templates.
As a result of Intueor's work, the client gained a rich visualization of program delivery data to generate insights and actionable recommendations, and implement improved data capture methods to ensure integrity, security, and retention.
