Intueor supported a public authority to establish an Asset Management Office (AMO) to assist in implementing asset management principles, practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
In the early stages of massive public transportation project, a key function was defining the business processes, asset information requirements, and information configuration standards to support future maintenance and asset management decision-making.
Intueor is helping the client to define maintenance requirements for all infrastructure asset classes, supporting creation and management of the asset registry, managing punch lists and interim maintenance scheduling, and supporting transition of constructed assets to an operational railway.
The Asset Management Office is currently being implemented and will ultimately provide the client with standard operating procedures and an office that captures and maintains an asset register, manages work-orders and fault responses, undertakes performance analysis, and determines the lifecycle maintenance and renewal requirements for all assets.
