Over its nearly two decades in operation, Intueor has supported public sector clients across North America to gain efficiencies, deliver services, and maximize value. Here are just a few clients we have served:
Intueor led the development of an agency-wide IT strategic plan for one of the largest transit agencies in the United States, outlining a 10-year horizon for IT initiatives, including business applications, IT hardware and infrastructure, ITS organizational structure, and IT operational efficiencies.
Intueor has supported a consortium of six state workforce agencies, established to facilitate collaborations in administrating the Unemployment Insurance (UI) program in their respective states by sharing resources, a common vendor, and a common base system. Intueor supported the consortium to identify operational gaps, and establish and implement an operational model for collaborating.
Intueor supported a large transit agency to in-source capabilities and complete a multi-disciplinary, enterprise-wide initiative to improve capital program management processes.
Intueor supported one of the world's largest transit agencies to complete a multi-year transformation initiative to modernize and integrate enterprise management systems across agencies.
Intueor is the prime contractor in working with a partner and the client, a state Department of Justice, in implementing a Citizen Complaint Database and Reporting System (CCDRS) to enhance oversight of law enforcement. Recent state legislation created a division within the Department of Justice to review the use-of-force policies and required a state prosecutor to investigate incidents of officer-involved shootings that result in the death of an unarmed civilian, and post the reports of that investigation online.
Intueor provided comprehensive support for a client to redesign processes, assess capabilities and staff, and build a set of recommendations that would transform the agency.
The U.S. Navy sought local partners to revitalize a campus, near where the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) is headquartered. In response, the client and the Navy worked together to deliver new facilities for NAVWAR, including a central mobility hub.
The client took a close look at their enterprise asset management (EAM) program in 2019, identifying asset handover and onboarding for both new and replacement assets as a high-impact issue. Intueor was responsible for helping manage the project and identifying several critical business improvement initiatives.
