Vijay Mididaddi is Co-founder, Managing Principal and CFO at Intueor. Vijay is responsible for the overall operations of the firm including client relationships, client service delivery, employee well-being, and corporate performance (financial and other aspects). Vijay’s clear thinking, meticulous planning, and smooth execution capabilities have greatly contributed to the strong business and financial performance of Intueor since founding – approximately 40% CAGR in Revenues being just one of the measures. Vijay, in a lot of ways, represents the true philosophy behind the firm’s name, Intueor – Latin for “pay attention”, “regard”, “wonder”, “deliberate”.
Over a career spanning more than 22 years, Vijay has acquired an expertise in a multitude of areas – Engineering & Design; Business Strategy and Operations Analysis; Technology Planning, Strategy, Management and Implementation; Construction management Systems; Supply Chain Management; Intelligent Transportation Systems, Trip Planning, Real Time Vehicle Tracking; Train Control Systems, Unified Communications and Integrated Operations Centers; and several other Transportation and Transit systems and processes. Some of his very satisfied clients include Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Orange County Transportation Authority, and Caltrans.
Vijay started his career as an engineer with RBF Consulting, quickly gained experience and worked subsequently for giants such as URS and Parsons Brinckerhoff before venturing into a technology startup for the Construction Management industry. After a brief management stint with at the startup company, Vijay changed gears to join PB Consult, the management consulting arm of PB before finally deciding to launch Intueor in 2005.
Vijay acquired his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Transportation Engineering, and an MBA in Strategy, Technology and Finance from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. He lives in Irvine CA with his wife, a lovely daughter and a precious son. He spends a good part of his personal time trekking around the scenic hills and valleys of Southern California; cultural and spiritual learning, and; fund-raising for the Sankara Eye Foundation.
