Vijay Mididaddi is co-founder and managing partner at Intueor. He is responsible for the overall operations of the firm including client relationships, client service delivery, employee well-being, and corporate performance (financial and other aspects). Vijay's career spans more than two decades. He started his career as an engineer with RBF Consulting, with later tenures at URS, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and PB Consult before joining with Sreeni Malireddy to launch Intueor in 2005.

Vijay represents the true philosophy behind the firm’s name, Intueor – Latin for “pay attention,” “regard,” “wonder,” and “deliberate.” His clear thinking, meticulous planning, and smooth execution capabilities have greatly contributed to the strong business and financial performance of Intueor since our founding. Vijay lives in Irvine with his wife and two children, and spends a good part of his personal time trekking around the scenic hills and valleys of Southern California. He is also a strong supporter of the Sankara Eye Foundation, whose mission is to provide quality eye care, free of cost, to rural patients in hospitals across India.
