Timothy is a junior transportation engineer with more than a decade of experience in various city and state traffic management projects. He assists with the development of traffic control plans for different stages of work, traffic restoration at the completion of the project, and upgrades to existing infastructure for the purpose of decreasing traffic jams.

Timothy's experience in traffic management gives him an edge in developing traffic plans for clients. He is proficient in AutoCad and Microstation and continues to educate himself on new software to provide top quality plans to our clients. During his personal time, he reads books on various topics, including history and religion, and travels to new sightseeing locations throughout California for fun.
