Sreeni Malireddy is Co-founder, Managing Principal and CEO at Intueor. Responsible for formulating the firm’s strategy across its services and practices, Sreeni led Intueor’s steady growth since its humble beginnings in 2005. Sreeni personifies Intueor’s commitment to solving business problems, customer satisfaction and high quality of services.
Through his experience in a variety of roles over a period of 23 years, he has built a reputation for his exceptional ability to offer fact-based, practical, action-oriented and valuable advice to clients. His areas of expertise include Technology-led Business Operations Improvement and Business Transformation; Corporate Performance Management; Strategic Planning; Organizational Analysis and Redesign; Procurement Planning; Transportation Planning/Economics; Major Investment Analysis; and Organizational Change Management. Some of the clients that benefited from his expertise include the Bay Area Rapid Transit, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, Port of Long Beach, City of Philadelphia, Region of Waterloo (Canada), and dozens of organizations across the country.
Prior to establishing Intueor, Sreeni was one of the founding members of PB Consult, the Management Consulting Practice of Parsons Brinckerhoff – a leading global consulting firm that assists public and private clients to plan, develop, design, construct, operate and maintain critical infrastructure. Having worked previously with PB and SAIC for their Engineering Services businesses, Sreeni clearly recognized the urgent need and the huge opportunity for management consulting and strategic advice, particularly within the Transportation and Transit Industry and the Public Sector, in general. Equipped with the enormous field experience and bright ideas, he laid a robust foundation for Intueor in 2005.
A Civil and Transportation Engineer by education, Sreeni has an MBA from Sloan School of Management, MIT. He lives in San Ramon with his wife and two beautiful daughters. Outside work, Sreeni is passionate about the game of cricket, and is a regular player for the local leagues. He is also very particular about contributing to societal causes, the one closest to his heart being voluntary service at a Hindu Temple in his home town.
