David is the former Chief of Rail Operations for the Metropolitan Atlanta Transit Authority (MARTA). He has more than 34 years of private and public sector experience in operations, maintenance, systems engineering, asset management, capital programming and project delivery. At MARTA, David was Director of Maintenance of Way (MOW), Senior Director of Maintenance Operations, and Senior Director of Engineering and AGM of Capital Programs, managing MARTA's $3.5 billion capital improvement program. He led MARTA to become the first transit agency in North America to achieve ISO55000 Certification.
