- GEC Procurement Support – developed RFP; managed vendor communications; supported bid evaluation, technical interviews, and contractor selection
- Organizational Development Support – recommended organizational design and structure, core competencies, roles and responsibilities
- Project Management and Analytical Support – conducted peer agency research, project managed the procurement process, supported in contract review
