    • Conducted study of tactical Asset Management Practices, study of asset data collection techniques
    • Conducted Gap Analysis and defined requirements for EAM Information Systems Upgrade
    • Provided Implementation Oversight for EAM technology upgrade activities including functional and technical support, quality assurance, contract management
    • Assisted Authority in identifying points of integration between EAM and Authority’s ERP Systems
    • Vendor Coordination and Service Integration across a multitude of vendors (process consultants, software and hardware products, data collection vendors, etc.) using comprehensive program management practices
    • Anticipated to greatly improve operational efficiency and overall productivity, while customers will benefit from improved rail service delivery
