Teresa has more than 30 years of experience in a public transit, starting as a diesel mechanic and through a career as an asset manager. led the initiative for MARTA to become the first transit agency in the Americas to achieve ISO 55001 certification. She led the asset management program for MARTA for the first seven years of its official full-time recognition. Theresa was also part of the EAM implementation team for MARTA when the decision to transition from a CMMS to an EAM was made.
Teresa is a certified Project Management Professional and has an asset management certificate from the Institute of Asset Management.
During her personal time, Teresa enjoys driving and tinkering with her Mustang GT, outdoor photography, and playing video games, preferably MMORPGs.
